Everyone will be busy – handling the boat, going through locks, sightseeing, shopping, preparing meals, cycling and walking in the nearby countryside... CHOOSING YOUR BOAT-You are looking for a simple boat, easy to maneuver and with an attractive rental price: choose a RIVIERA houseboat - For a family cruise, the TERRASSE range is ideal: its rear terrace is on the same level as the living room/kitchen offering a pleasant light and airy space, making it easy to move between the inside and outside spaces (no steps) - Crews with 2, 3 or 4 couples will appreciate the CONFORT range, where every cabin has its own shower and toilet -the new ESTIVALE range will appeal to those who are looking for the latest comfort and easy access (side and rear doors on the terrace) WHAT TO BRINGComfortable clothes, soft and non-slip shoes (trainers), toiletries, flash-lights, camers and extra blankets or duvets for cold season. For ease of storage, we suggest soft bags rather than suitcases. You will need protection from the sun: creams, sunglasses, a hat... and don't forget to bring your camera, radio or MP3 player! LINENAll bed linen is supplied, but please bring your own towels and some tea towels. FUEL, GAS, WATEREnough fuel and propane gas are provided on the boat for your cruise. |
The number of hours used are then calculated in accordance with the current hourly rate indicated at the base (average 25 to 45€ per day). You should fill up with drinking water every 2 or 3 days. ELECTRICITY/INVERTEROur boats provide 12 Volts power via the cigar lighter and 220 Volts via an inverter to charge mobile phones, video cameras and laptops. For all other electrical equipment a 220 Volts power supply is also available in harbours (an electrical extension lead is supplied on each of our boats).CHILDRENChildren love holidays on board. On our boats, they are completely safe with our life jackets and the guard-wires which surround the boats. Some boats are better for certain ages than others. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information. PETSPets are welcome on board. A supplement of 35€ will apply, payable on departure. The hirer must bring everything necessary (dishes, blankets etc.), and is responsible for the animal's safety and must ensure that it causes no nuisance to others or damage to the boat. |

ON ARRIVAL AT THE PORTWe will ask you to go through the final formalities (inventory of fixtures, navigation contract, extras, deposits, …) while your crew starts to install the luggage on board or goes shopping for the first day. A technician will welcome you on board to give you instructions and to show you how to navigate the boat. You should allow between 1 and 2 hours before setting off. ON RETURNING TO THE PORTDon’t forget to return your boat empty and clean at the agreed time and place! Our staff at the port is available to provide you with any equipment you need for cleaning the boat (vacuum cleaner and cleaning products).OUR PRICES INCLUDE
