Behind the dry stone walls of Quercy you will find large flocks of very special sheep, with funny « black glasses » around their eyes. The quality of these is so well known and acknowledged that these lambs were the first to be awarded the French « red label », the guarantee of superior quality.

This quality is not just achieved because of the breeding, but also the method of raising : it’s main nourishement is it’s mother’s milk, complimented by base cereals. The meat will mealt in your mouth…
